1. All flight bookings made through CheapTicketsUK.co.uk are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary depending on airline updates, seat availability, and taxes.

3. To confirm a booking, full payment or deposit (as specified) must be received.

4. After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email, which serves as your official receipt.

5. All bookings must be made by a passenger who is legally allowed to travel to the destination country, with a valid passport, visa, and travel documents.

6. Any additional services (seat selection, baggage, meals, insurance) will be charged separately according to the airline’s policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, contact form, or postal mail to our support team.

2. Cancellation charges are determined by the airline and may vary depending on fare rules:

   • Non-refundable tickets: No refund.

   • Partially refundable tickets: Refund minus airline/agency fees.

3. If a booking is cancelled before ticket issuance, any deposit paid may be refunded minus an administration fee of £25.

4. Refunds for fully issued tickets are subject to the airline’s cancellation and refund rules.

5. Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after the airline confirms cancellation.

6. No-show policy: If a passenger does not show up for the flight, the ticket may be fully forfeited, depending on the airline.

3. Changes & Modifications

1. Any changes to the booking (date, time, passenger details) must be requested at least 24–48 hours in advance, depending on airline rules.

2. Additional fees may apply for any change requested.
